신회사의 설립등기 직후 관계 당사자들은 아래의 계약을 체결하여야 한다.
1. 을과 신회사간의 기술사용계약 (License Agreement)
2. 갑과 신회사간의 경영협조계약 (Management Assistance Agreement)
3. 갑과 신회사간의 판매계약 (Distributorship Agreement)
4. 갑과 신회사간의 공장 및 장비리스계약 (Plant and Equipment Lease Agreement)
5. 신회사와 갑간의 인력이전계약 (Personnel Transfer Agreement)
6. 신회사와 을간의 기술이전계약 (Technical Assistance and Technology Transfer Agreement)
